Gordon Research Seminar: Cellular & Molecular Mechanisms of Toxicity

10–11 August 2013
Andover, United States

Meeting Overview

The Gordon Research Seminar on Cellular & Molecular Mechanisms of Toxicity is a unique forum for graduate students, post-docs, and other scientists with comparable levels of experience and education to present and exchange new data and cutting edge ideas.

This meeting will focus on understanding the innovative molecular mechanisms of toxicology in the post-genomic era and available resources for modeling and predicting toxicological responses. This GRS will also include a panel-mentoring session where students, post-docs and other early career scientists can discuss and ask questions related to career development and career options. The goals of this meeting are to advance the discipline of toxicology by presenting cutting-edge methodologies to determine toxicological mechanisms, discuss current research findings and build informal networks with peers that may lead to lifetime collaborations and scientific achievements, and to help with career development and engage in discussions on career options.
