Financial organisations face the growing challenge of defining, identifying and managing conduct risk in their business models, while addressing how conduct risk can be embedded within a wider risk management framework. Addressing this risk is essential to ensuring better outcomes for businesses, customers and the wider financial market.
 
This two day training course will provide attendees with a comprehensive look at current best practice approaches to managing conduct risk. Day one of the course will be delivered by Peter Haines, Consultant and Editor of ‘Conduct Risk: A Practitioner's Guide', and will provide an in-depth look at the key drivers of conduct risk, stakeholder engagement and it's place in the risk framework. Day two will be delivered by practitioner's from a variety of organisations, presenting a case study approach to best practice conduct risk management in their own organisations.
 
Topics will include risk culture, quantification of conduct risk and ownership within the business.
