Every year EFFoST organizes the leading international food science and technology conference. The 31st EFFoST International Conference will be held in Sitges, Spain from 14-16 November 2017 under the theme: Food Science and Technology Challenges for the 21st Century - Research to Progress Society. The conference will explore solutions to current and future challenges such as food safety and security, waste reduction and sustainability, analytical technique, novel technologies, functional foods, nutrition and health, gastronomy, entrepreneurship (EBTs and spin-offs), open innovation & strategic alliances and knowledge transfer management.
